Biella Wonderland. Where creativity and technology meet beauty  is the international B2B event that brings important players in the technical textile, clothing and fashion sector from all over the world to Biella, scheduled for Saturday 10 June from 8.00 pm at Palazzo Gromo Losa.

The initiative is promoted by Unione Industriale Biellese, as an Official Supporting Organization of ITMA 2023, the world’s largest international textile and garment technology exhibition whose next edition will be held in Milan from 8 to 14 June 2023, by Regione Piemonte and Ceip – Centro Estero Internazionalizzazione Piemonte. Entrepreneurs and companies belonging to the Mechanics Committee of Unione Industriale Biellese created and defined the event.

International buyers and agents in the technical textile, clothing and fashion sector, who are in Italy to attend ITMA 2023, invited by the textile machinery companies belonging to Unione Industriale Biellese.

The aim of the event

We have designed this event to offer our guests an "emotional break" during ITMA 2023. During the evening they will have the chance to develop relationships, do business, get to know the Biella industrial reality, live a unique experience in a "magic" setting and discover the excellences of the territory.

The event represents a splendid opportunity to get to know the Biella area and its excellences. A "few steps" from Milan, Biella is the undisputed capital of the high-end mechanical-textile and textile industry, an icon of Made in Italy. A real "land of wonders" where creativity, technology and beauty form a unique context in the world. The Biella area is the only vertical textile district with a complete value chain, which has developed over the centuries thanks to consolidated entrepreneurial creativity, in a splendid natural setting that remains uncontaminated thanks to a strong and shared responsibility for the environment.

Biella Wonderland: the experience

During the evening, guests will be welcomed by the professional community of the Biella mechanical-textile sector, which will accompany them on a varied experiential journey: a buffet dinner with local gastronomic specialities, musical entertainment by Perosi Musical Institute, installations organised by the students of ITS Tessile Abbigliamento Moda, the gastronomic corners with typical Biellese products and a "fairy-tale" themed fashion show. 

The location

Located in the heart of the historical village of Biella Piazzo, Palazzo Gromo Losa is an ancient palace with timeless charm and at the same time a modern exhibition center. Part of the event will take place in the Italian garden of the Palace, where various species of roses adorn the central pergola recalling the warp and weft of a fabric and expressing the deep bond of the Biella area with the textile and mechanical-textile industry.
